Kisi bhi service, offline deal, cash payment, advance payment, product quality, work quality, delivery, installation, fraud, delay, damage, injury, legal compliance ya final transaction ke liye platform direct seller, employer, contractor ya service provider nahi mana jayega.
Single Account Policy
Ek hi account se user customer bhi ho sakta hai aur worker profile bhi maintain kar sakta hai. Account holder apne account, password, profile details, service details aur posted content ke liye khud zimmedar rahega.
Data Responsibility
User jo bhi name, phone, email, address, category, rate, photo, description, document, service detail ya ad content upload karega, uski sachchai aur legality ki poori zimmedari user ki hogi.
Worker Profile, Ads and Content Moderation
- Platform kisi bhi profile, ad, image, category, rate ya content ko bina prior notice edit, limit, hide, reject ya remove kar sakta hai.
- Suspicious, abusive, fake, duplicate, misleading, adult, unlawful, copyrighted, political ya spam content turant remove kiya ja sakta hai.
- Verification, ranking, visibility, premium badge, listing order aur recommendation completely admin/platform discretion par depend karega.
Payments, Premium and Refund Policy
- Premium, subscription, promotion, featured listing, call access, membership ya kisi bhi paid feature ki fees admin-defined hogi aur kabhi bhi update ho sakti hai.
- Payment successful hone ke baad bhi feature activation admin review, fraud check ya compliance check ke baad hi final mana jayega.
- Activated premium/subscription fees generally non-refundable hongi, except jab platform apni marzi se refund approve kare.
- UPI, QR, gateway, screenshot, transaction reference ya payment proof galat dene par request reject ho sakti hai.
Chat, Call and Leads
Chat/call access sirf facilitation tool hai. Platform kisi bhi inquiry, lead conversion, booking success, payment recovery ya work completion ki guarantee nahi deta.
Risk Acceptance

DIGITAL ROJGAR INDIA, uske owner, admin, team, technology partners, hosting providers ya affiliates kisi bhi direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, reputational ya financial loss ke liye liable nahi honge. Isme fraud, data misuse, failed service, defective work, failed delivery, physical damage, bodily injury, legal action, police matter, account suspension, payment loss, lead loss ya business interruption shamil hain.
Consent and Communication
Register karke user platform ko email, notification, call-access notice, premium reminder, service alert, admin update, moderation message aur transactional communication bhejne ki permission deta hai. Platform operational, legal, security ya promotional purpose ke liye account activity logs aur communication records maintain kar sakta hai.
Final Rights Reserved
- Platform kisi bhi account ko suspend, block, restrict ya terminate kar sakta hai.
- Platform terms ko kabhi bhi update kar sakta hai. Continued usage ko updated terms ki acceptance maana jayega.
- Kisi dispute ki situation me platform records, logs aur admin decision ko strong evidentiary value di jayegi.
- Jurisdiction aur governing control platform owner ke operational base ke hisab se apply hoga.
