- These badges do not serve as an absolute assurance or character certificate regarding a worker's behavioral standards, efficiency, technical quality, or background history. Users must conduct independent checks before hiring.

Under no legal scenario shall DIGITAL ROJGAR INDIA, its operators, administrators, holding affiliates, or tech infrastructure partners be held liable for any direct, collateral, accidental, punitive, or consequential losses. This explicitly encompasses defective performance, structural damages, physical or bodily injury during workspace operations, identity theft, commercial interruption, loss of data, or police/legal disputes originating from platform usage.
